Chapters Café by Mustards

The Urbandale Public Library is pleased to announce a new partnership with Mustard’s Restaurants to provide services at Chapter’s Café and exclusive catering for meetings. The new management is excited to provide a varied menu at any price. Counter service at Chapter’s by Mustard’s will begin the middle of March. Catering is available immediately.
