Urbandale Library Foundation

Memorial contributions to honor your loved one can be made to the Urbandale Public Library in your loved one’s name.  The funds go to the Library’s Foundation.  The Foundation is a tax free entity so your contributions will also be tax deductible.  You may donate $$$ to be used as the Library sees fit or you may specify how you would like your contribution to be used.  All memorials are posted in the lobby with the name of the person you are honoring and the donator’s name.  Books, trees, benches and special collections are all examples of how memorial contributions have been used in the past.  

Please contact the Library via phone at 278-3945 or Sara Pearson at 278-3945, opt. 7 or drop by any service desk in the library to pick up a memorial donation form.  Simply fill out the form and attach your money order, check or cash.  You can mail your donation with the attached completed form or drop it at any of the service desks.  If you would like to discuss your donation with someone, call 278-3945 and choose option 7 for administration and ask for Sara Pearson, Library Director for further details.
