Between the Covers

June 4th – July 28th

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Between the Covers summer reading program. This program is designed to encourage you to dive between the covers of a good book this summer, and possibly win a prize for doing so! It is quite simple…we challenge you to READ, RELAX, and WIN PRIZES!

Participation is easy…all you have to do is READ! Pick up your packet today at any Library service desk to get started. Whenever you read or listen to a book, simply fill out one of the entry forms in your packet and turn it into any Urbandale Public Library service desk. Your name will be entered into the weekly prize drawing, as well as the grand prize drawing at the conclusion of the program (participant information on entry forms is kept confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than the prize drawings). Thanks to generous sponsors, we have lots of great prizes to award this year!

Here are some short but simple program rules:

• One entry per book title
• Only 5 entries per person
• Books must be read or listened to during the program (Jun. 4-Jul. 28)
• All entries must be completed entirely and submitted by July 28, 2012.
