Adult Reading Program
Thank you for your interest in participating in the GROUNDBREAKING READS summer reading program.
Participation is easy…all you have to do is READ! Pick up your packet anytime after June 2nd from any library service desk to get started. Whenever you read or listen to a book, simply fill out one of the entry forms in your packet and turn it into any Urbandale Public Library service desk. Your name will be entered into the weekly prize drawing, as well as the grand prize drawing at the conclusion of the program (participant information on entry forms is kept confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than the prize drawings). Thanks to generous sponsors, we have lots of great prizes to award this year!

PROGRAM RULES:
- One entry per person per week
- One drawing per week will be held beginning June 10th
- Non-winning entries will not carry over to later weekly drawings
- ALL entry forms will be entered in the grand prize drawing - All participants turning in at least one entry form will receive a free gift (while supplies last)
- Maximum of 8 entries per person (if entered in each weekly drawing)
- Books must be read or listened to during the program (June 2 – July 29, 2013)
- All entries must be completed entirely and submitted by July 29, 2013.
