Meeting Rooms

NOTICE: You can start booking your July-December 2013 meetings ONLINE starting on Tuesday, April 30th at 9:00AM. We will only accept online requests on April 30th – all other requests (in-person, phone, or email) must be made on or after May 1st at 9:00AM.

Our Meeting Rooms

The Urbandale Public Library has some of the most comfortable meeting spaces in the Des Moines Metro area including an ICN classroom and a coffee shop.

Library meeting rooms are free to use for non-profit groups, although we do accept donations. Please see visit the Library Foundation page for more information on making a donation to the library.

For questions, call 515-331-6765. Group study rooms are also available in the library and are booked through the reference desk.
