Reserve free passes to local area attractions! Adult Urbandale residents* can book a pass with their library card to enjoy an educational day of family fun at the Blank Park Zoo, the Des Moines Children’s Museum, the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden, Reiman Gardens, and the Science Center of Iowa.
- Eligible cardholders can reserve up to 8 passes for one of the performances. (There are a total of 3 performances this season.)
- Passes are reserved just like any other Iowa Adventure Pass.
- The pass confirmation will need to be redeemed at the Civic Center box office prior to the event. You can redeem the pass 60 days in advance of the event, but no later than 45 minutes before the performance.
Cardholders must present a valid photo ID and printed pass (email on phone not accepted) before admission into the venue is allowed.
*Please note: Access to this service from the Urbandale Public Library is available to Urbandale residents only. Several metro area libraries are also part of the Iowa Adventure Pass, so please check with your local library to see if this service is available in your community.
